I have had a beautiful heartfelt week and my partner has totally matched me in that space. We have been like teenagers in love and I think we both have been reminded of what we could have thrown away. I was privileged enough to receive a Diamond Healing Attunement from Rae Duncan recently, and was simply blown away by the positive effects I experienced both on the day, and long after the attunement had taken place. Rae immediately put me at ease with his gentle energy, and after choosing three or four crystals which I felt drawn to, the attunement began . . .

Prior to the attunement, life had been non-stop and I had felt exhausted and miserable. However a few minutes into the attunement, I began to experience a feeling of amazing PEACE and well-being which had been missing for far too long. It felt as though I was surrounded in a very powerful, healing and loving energy, and I found it very easy to follow Rae’s instructions and go deeper as the attunement progressed. Rae was also letting me know what he was seeing/hearing at the same time, a lot of which was simply spot-on, and had been buried away inside me for a very long time.

For the rest of the day after the attunement, I felt very calm, if a little tired. However it was what I sorely needed, and that night I enjoyed the best night’s sleep I’d had in a long time.

Very much on the spare of the moment, my friend and I had a 'girl's day out' to the Body and Soul Fair in Glasgow. We weren't at all sure what we were going to, and perhaps expected more aromatherapy type stands. I had no intention at all in having a Reading, in fact was quite sure I wouldn't be. However, I passed by Rae's table and was compelled to meet with him. Perhaps it was the simplicity of his table (no glitz, silly show biz names or gimmicks) but most definitely the warmth that surrounded it that drew me in. My friend understood immediately the need for me to chat with Rae, and left me to wait my turn. Until that moment I had been very chatty, laughing and having fun, but as I sat by the table I felt totally calm, relaxed and peaceful. I had my first Reiki treatment with Rae 5 days ago and I am still feeling the after-effects. I have had several Reiki treatments before but none as powerful or as long-lasting as this. Rae spends time setting you at ease before the treatment begins which I think is important. During the session there were a variety of images, thoughts, colours, sensations & emotions that kept occurring to me and which tied in completely with Rae's comments at the end of the session.
