What you eat is so very important and can affect you in many ways:
- emotions
- mental state
- body mass
- ill health and ill health recovery
- energy levels
- digestion
- internal organ function
- the list goes on.
We basically all need the same main ingredients for health and well being, but we are all ‘unique individuals’ and some require different vitamins, minerals and nutrients to be healthy and grow.
Some people require meat in their diet, some require fish, and others require neither and easily live on vegetables, pulses and fruit…

The secret is to find out what your body truly requires to function at optimum health.
